Malaa “ILLEGAL PACK” sample pack is finally here – exclusively on Unison.

This is my wife’s thesis project, a short film made back in 2018. A story about loss and how we deal with it.

I had the opportunity to score the short film as well as the sound design. Also, I worked hand in hand with very talented friends. I want to share these fragments that from my perspective were key to tell the story through sound.

On the second slide I covered the acoustic guitar piece composed by Chai Batana, this earnest melody is the soundtrack from the film Mekong Hotel (2012) directed by Apichatpong Weerasethakul, one of my wife’s favorite films.
